What to write about

• A record that looks wrong. Send the link to the mark page (it starts with /mark/) and what you expected. Our data is rebuilt from the USPTO and WIPO files daily, so most corrections come from the source; we check and tell you which.
• A logo or name you want taken down. Uploads are private, unindexed and deleted with their result after six months, but if something of yours appears in our data and should not, use the DMCA and takedown page and it is handled within the timelines there.
• Press and data requests. Every figure in the research articles has a downloadable CSV under it; for a cut we do not publish, ask and we will run it.
• A watch or an account. The manage link in any watch email pauses or removes it; signed-in users do the same on their account page. Write to us only if that fails.
• Something broken. Send the page link and, for a check, the result link (the one ending in a job id). That is enough for us to reproduce it.
