Example result
An answer you can act on, not just a list of hits
Other tools hand you raw search results and leave the interpretation to you. TrademarkMind scores the refusal risk, explains it in plain English, and ranks the conflicts that actually matter.
Why check before you file
A conflict found now costs a search. Found later, it costs the brand.
of international designations of the U.S. get an office action
Nearly every filing hits an objection; the ones that fail for good are the ones that collided with an earlier mark. A search is the only part of that you control before filing.
is the real price of a missed conflict
Packaging, signage, domain, handles, listings and the recognition you built, all replaced. A refused application is the cheap outcome; a cease-and-desist after launch is the expensive one.
are the conflicts name searches miss
Examiners search words far better than pictures. A logo that copies a shape under a different name can be registered, until the owner of the shape notices. That is what the logo check and the watch are for.

Questions
What people ask before they run a check
Is this a free trademark search?
Yes. The name check, the logo check, the availability check and the watch are all free, with no account and no card. We run them on the same data pipeline we use for our research, so there is no premium tier holding anything back.
How do I check if my logo is already trademarked?
Upload the logo. We compare it against every logo image in the USPTO register and the international (Madrid) register three ways (the image structure, what the image depicts, and the wording inside it) and rank the closest registered marks with a similarity score and a link to each record.
Does the search cover international trademarks?
It covers the U.S. federal register (14.4 million records) and international registrations filed through WIPO's Madrid System (2.8 million registrations, updated daily). Marks filed directly at the EUIPO, state registers and unregistered common-law marks are not included.
What is trademark monitoring, and is it really free?
A watch re-checks every new U.S. and international filing against your name or logo daily and emails you when one looks too close. One summary a week at most. Commercial watch services charge from about $30 a month per mark; ours is free because the daily scan already runs for the search.
Is a clean result the same as legal clearance?
No. A clean result is a strong positive signal, not a clearance opinion. Likelihood of confusion also depends on the goods, the channels of trade and the strength of the earlier mark. For a filing that matters, have a trademark attorney run a full clearance search. Our results give them the shortlist.
Do I need an account?
No. Every check runs without one and its result page stays available for six months by URL. An email address is needed only if you ask us to watch a name or logo, and one click in any email stops the alerts.
