Will my trademark be approved?
Three questions, and you see how often U.S. trademark applications like yours actually registered, where the ones that failed were lost, and how long the rest took. Worked out from the USPTO file histories.
How this works
We followed every U.S. trademark application filed from 2015 to 2019 through its USPTO file history to whatever became of it. Those years are old enough that almost every application has been decided. The calculator groups them by Nice class, by whether an attorney was on record, and by the filing basis the applicant chose: use in commerce (already selling) or intent to use (not yet). "Registered" means a registration was issued.
Madrid applications from abroad and applications based on a foreign registration are left out, because they follow a different path. Where a class has fewer than 300 applications for a combination, the all-class figure is shown and marked.
The headline figures for every class are in U.S. trademark registration statistics, and what happens after an Office Action is covered in its own study.
