Trademark refusal rate in Philippines: Madrid System filings

55,270 international registrations on record designate Philippines. Among the 17,557 designations registered 2019–2022 (the resolved cohort we measure outcomes on), 73.7% received a provisional refusal, 766 (4.4%) are still refused outright, 65 partially, and 9,399 (53.5%) hold a grant of protection.
