Source: WIPO Madrid Monitor daily files, re-used under CC BY 4.0. Outcome rates are measured on designations registered 2019–2022 (resolved, pre-cancellation). A designation counts as refused only when a total refusal stands; provisional refusals later overcome are not counted, and post-grant invalidations are excluded.
